1. Food for All (Weekly Challenge) 🍽
Feed 3 people in a week! Each package is just 1000 AMD, providing a minimum of 500 calories per meal.
2. Jogging 5 KM (Weekly Challenge) 🏃
Jog 5 KM in your neighborhood every week to stay fit and active!
3. 245 Pushups (Weekly Challenge) 💪
Boost your days and burn some extra calories by completing 245 pushups a week!
4. Swim 5 KM (Weekly Challenge) 🏊
Swimming 5 KM can burn more calories than 5 hours of gym workouts! Complete it within a week, with each KM taking a maximum of 40 minutes.
5. Cycling 20 KM (Weekly Challenge) 🚴
Ride your bike for 20 KM this week to improve your endurance and enjoy the outdoors!
6. Meditation 30 Minutes Daily (Weekly Challenge) 🧘
Take 30 minutes each day to meditate and find your inner peace.
7. Read 2 Books (Monthly Challenge) 📚
Expand your knowledge and imagination by reading 2 books this month.
